Associate Director, Digital Marketing
This position will lead in the development, implementation, and management of strategic and tactical digital marketing programs for the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. He/she will help shape the School’s digital marketing strategy, drive execution of the plan and bring innovation and breadth to the marketing and communications initiatives, including student recruitment and research dissemination. This position will utilize digital media to grow, engage and activate the School’s key audiences. Remote optional.

Director of Professional Doctorate in Philanthropic Leadership
The Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Director of the Professional Doctorate in Philanthropic Leadership (PhilD), located on the Indianapolis campus. The PhilD program director will provide academic and administrative leadership for the new professional doctorate program. The primary responsibilities for this position include collaborating with faculty regarding program curriculum, cultivating and maintaining relationships with community partners to engage in student final applied projects, working with student services to recruit and retain students, coordinating with school and university administrators to schedule faculty teaching assignments, teaching key courses in the program, and mentoring students. The 12-month position is anticipated to be a clinical faculty appointment, not on the tenure track.

Eileen Lamb O’Gara Endowed Chair in Women’s Philanthropy
We invite nominations and applications for a visionary scholar to serve as a faculty member in the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and holder of the Eileen Lamb O’Gara Endowed Chair in Women’s Philanthropy. This is a 10-month advanced associate or full professor tenured position. The search begins in October 2021 and applications submitted by December 1, 2021, will receive best consideration. The position will remain open until filled.
